Post responsibilities
1. Design and develop relevant optical passive components;
2. Refine relevant technical indicators according to customer and market demands;

Qualifications
1. Have two years or more experience in the research and development and production of optical passive components or passive modules, and those familiar with the principle design and process design of optical passive components or modules are preferred (such as WDM module, Interleaver, Circulator, Tunable WDM, AWG, MT-FA, OPM, etc.);
2. Have strong hands-on ability, be able to conduct optical path analysis and debugging independently, and be able to operate common equipment in optical communication industry is preferred;
3. Familiar with the use of office software, mathematical tool software or optical path design&optimization software (such as MatLab, Math CAD or Zemax) is preferred;
4. Foreign language: CET4;
5. Good sense of teamwork and communication skills;
